The martial arts are based on a connection between the mind, the body and the spirit. When either of these ingredients are missing then the full power of the technique is limited.

Modern health practitioners are just now realizing the truth behind these ancient understandings. Health of the body is thereby connected to healthy thoughts in the mind and a strong and healthy spirit.

In our school, young people begin to learn the ability to relax and control their minds through meditative postures and training. In our busy and hectic lives this ability learned at an early age can help people deal calmly under the greatest pressures and adversities. The ultimate test is to maintain your peace and calm state even in a time of confrontation.  

All of our classes are designed to have all three components in each training period.
